Structural characteristice
This machine is a special reciprocating steel sand blasting machine, which consists of Blasting chamber, Blasting wheel assembly, Roller conveoyr, Abrasive recycling system (Screw conveyor, Elevator, Separator), Dust removal system, Electric control system, etc.

Steel Structure Shot Blasting Machines Features:
1. Pass through shot blasting machine has three kinds of pass through type: Roller conveying pass through, trolley pass through, hanger pass through.
2. They are widely used in the industry of steel plate, steel structure, engineering machinery, bridge building and so on. By shot blasting, it can remove rust, oxide layers, welding slag and other pollutant and eliminate surface stress force.
3. After shot blasting, it can improve paint film adhesion with steel, improve anti-rust capacity, improve the quality and prolong the service life of steel structure.
4. The steel shots blasted by blasting turbines will be collected, purifying by shots circle system and continue to be used again for blasting turbines.
5. The working process flow of shots circle system: steel shots blasted by blasting turbines will be collected by portrait screw conveyor and delivered to bucket elevator then the bucket elevator will lift to air wash type separator.
6. After separating, the dust and broken steel shots will be removed away from steel shots and good steel shots will enter storage bin.

1. Installation and commissioning issue: We will send one technician to guidance with machine installation and commissioning, customer shall pay for his return tickets, hotel and diet. Customer shall arrange 3-4 skilled workers and prepare various insallation machinery and tools.
2. Warranty time:12 months from date of commissioning completion, but no more than 18 months from date of delivery.
3. Supply full English documents: including general installation drawings, pit design drawings, manual book, electric wiring diagram, electric manual book and maintenance book, etc.
